Team Xtreme Jr. Kids Programs

TEAM XTREME JR. KICKBOXERS: Our Kids Kickboxing program provides a full body workout by teaching proper techinques in footwork, kicking, punching, knee strikes and elbows. We also incorporate different means of strength and conditioning drills by using swiss balls, bosu balls, resistence bands, jump ropes and other miscellaneous light equipment in the class.

TEAM XTREME JR. grapplers: Our Kids Braziliian Jiu Jitsu program also provides a full body workout as well by teaching proper grappling techinques from the stand up position as well as from the ground. We teach effective takedowns, sweeps, submissions, positioning and transitioning.

LIL Dragon & Karate Kidz Zone: These are our Tae Kwon Do programs. These  programs also focus on strikes in a similar way as kickboxing does.

The LiL Dragon program is for ages 4-7 and focuses on laying a solid foundation by improving fitness levels and social skills while building character as well. This will 
start an effective process in developing solid motor skills and quality interaction with other children.

The Karate Kidz Zone programs for ages 8-12 and provides a well rounded approach to martial arts education and encompasses self-protection skills as well as classical art and sport applications with primary focus of building character through disciplining the mind and body.
