TEAM XTREME JR. KICKBOXERS: Our Kids Kickboxing program provides a full
body workout by teaching proper techinques in footwork, kicking, punching, knee
strikes and elbows. We also incorporate different means of strength and conditioning
drills by using swiss balls, bosu balls, resistence bands, jump ropes and other miscellaneous light equipment in the class.
TEAM XTREME JR. grapplers: Our Kids Braziliian Jiu Jitsu program also provides a full body workout as well by teaching proper grappling techinques from the stand
up position as well as from the ground. We teach effective takedowns, sweeps,
submissions, positioning and transitioning. |
